What to know

  • The link works once and expires after 60 minutes. If you request another reset, earlier links stop working.
  • In more than one workspace? You’ll get a separate email for each workspace, because each one has its own password. Use the link for the workspace you want to sign in to.
  • Your other devices are signed out. After a reset, sign in again on your other browsers and on the iPhone app.

Common problems

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the email you sign in with. For your security, Blujay shows the same confirmation whether or not an account exists for that email.
  • Wait a minute, then request another reset.
Type the same password in both fields.
Use at least 8 characters.
Wait a minute before trying again.
If you were invited to a workspace, use the link in your invite email to set your password. Invite links expire after 7 days, so ask your workspace admin to resend it if yours has expired.
