Your Blujay numbers
Your workspace’s Blujay numbers belong to the whole team. Everyone sees every conversation and can send from any of your numbers. Blujay sends each message as iMessage when the contact can receive it, and as a text message when they can’t.A quick tour of the web app
Sign in at app.blujay.io. The left sidebar takes you to each part of Blujay.
At the bottom of the sidebar:
- Get the apps (phone icon): install the iPhone app and the Chrome extension.
- Your profile picture: Notification Settings, Call Settings, Your Card, Appearance and Sign out.
Find your way around the inbox
- Inbox, Unreplied and Closed at the top of the list sort your conversations. Unreplied shows conversations where the contact sent the last message.
- When your team has more than one person, filter by Assigned to me, Unassigned or a teammate.
- Hover over a conversation and click the pin icon to keep it at the top.
- When a conversation is done, choose Mark as Closed from its menu. It moves to Closed. To bring it back, open it and choose Reopen Conversation.
