Email [support@blujay.io](mailto:support@blujay.io) with questions about your account, messaging, calling, notifications or the Blujay iPhone app. We'll get back to you by email.

In the Blujay iPhone app, you can also tap the **Settings** tab, then **Contact Support** under **App**.

## Help us help you faster

It's easier for us to sort out a problem when your email includes:

* What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
* The exact error message, if you saw one
* Whether it happened in the web app or the iPhone app
* A screenshot, if you can take one
